PMW Publication Support Service - Medical Writing & Editing
This service has been created to provide publication support for Polish physicians seeking to publish clinical or biomedical reports in English language journals.
It is probably a safe assumption that all, or at least the vast majority, of leading medical and scientific academic journals are English language publications. This, in addition to other constraints, creates barriers to Polish clinicians to achieving publication of their work in leading European and USA journals. Acknowledging this need, infrared group has identified an opportunity to provide an editorial service for Polish clinicians specifically designed to facilitate submission of material for publication to appropriate eminent journals.
Recognising that such publications might arise from a wide variety of source information, the service needs to be flexible but also sufficiently defined to allow clinicians to identify the extent of support that they are likely to need based on the advertised features of the service.
The service is provided at the three levels, which reflect the quality and extent of the source materials from which the publication would be prepared:
Gold Level – comprehensive editorial support, including text origination
Silver Level – intermediate editorial work to improve an existing draft paper
Bronze Level – final editing and submission preparation
Specific supplementary items can be offered at all three service levels, such as:
- a submission letter; an important part of a journal submission that, in effect, ‘sells’ the submitted manuscript to the journal review editor(s)
- typeset figures in file format required by the target journal
- journal research to identify and profile suitable target journals, prior to providing a prioritised shortlist to the author.

You may use EndNote to search online bibliographic databases, organize their references, images and PDFs in any language, and create bibliographies and figure lists instantly. It prevents you from spending hours typing bibliographies, or using index cards to organize their references.
EndNote Web (included with EndNote) enables you to collaborate with others easily. EndNote for Windows and Macintosh is a valuable all-in-one tool that integrates the following tasks into one program:
